Listers are available by email or phone by appointment.
Current Use applications can now be filed and processed quickly online with the State at myVtax!
Grievances- are held once a year in July. To grieve your appraised property value, please wait until after receiving the reassessment results in the mail, directions to grieve will be included.
ONLINE LANDGROVE MAP
The online map allows the user to see some Lister Card info, tax bills, a map of all parcels, abutters, distances and various overlays for zoning, flood risk, topomaps, or overhead photography. The maps were last updated 4/1/2024, revisions for 2025 are being prepared now, November 2025.
